Hey there, after lots of research and different builds, I've finally figured out a set-up which works.
Please like and comment so others will see it.

This seems to be way better then:
1. The 3d printed collar, since it's adaptable to many neck sizes.
2. Tourniquet with spoon, since it puts pressure on the right spots and pressure should stay firm in case of movement or convulsions.

20200607 081653 IMG 1568

INGREDIENTS:

1. SCARF

This one is both to increase effectiveness and comfort. For a higher chance of putting pressure on the right areas , since boxes on their own may easily miss the spots. And also comfort, since the two objects + ratchet will dig in skin without scarf/padding. NOTE the placement of the scarf in the photo, place in such a way as to NOT put pressure on the trachea/Adam's apple.

2. BELT-TIE-DOWN (may be replaced with tape)

This one is to keep the boxes in place, since when you work the ratchet they may easily move.

3. RATCHET TIE DOWN ( WITHOUT hook version)

The main ingredient, it's cheap and legal. In "Five Last Acts" it's told that it can be used on it's own, but that would painful.

4. TWO SMALL BOXES/OBJECTS (Size of object: about two 2-4 fingertips)

Make sure they are firm and won't crack under pressure. Nothing too soft (with scarf no need for soft objects) or too round. Balls may not work.

5. PLASTIC BAG (optional)

Recommended to fail-proof this method. Some small amount of blood (like about 20%) may still go to the brain, so it's better to be safe and use the plastic bag just in case.

HOW IT WORKS: (MAIN HINT IS TO DO IT QUICKLY, IF DONE SLOWLY THE "HEAD BEING FULL" EFFECT OCCURS)

Below will be more comprehensive info, but basically it works by restricting blood flow and NOT STRANGULATION. With this set-up YOU CAN BREATHE, but will faint in 5-10 seconds and die quickly afterwards.

Warning: Be aware that if done correctly, one can go unconscious really quick (5-10 seconds)! So be careful during testing...

COMPREHENSIVE INFO: (read the PPH and FLA books too)

Thanks! I first discovered this method August last year, so took a while to build this setup, and from personal experience it does seem the most effective one so far.

It's quite an amazing method.

All ingredients perfectly legal without raising any suspicion. And most importantly it's peaceful (many people actually find it pleasurable, like myself) and fast (5-10 sec). No vomiting or drinking nasty stuff.

Thanks a lot. I don't have the elements but it helps a lot to understand the method. and now I understand why the expansion of the head must do it faster.

Thank you very much! It's nice to see a picture with it around your neck. I was so confused about how it's supposed to look on your neck.

Do you have any suggestions on the two small objects/boxes? I'm not sure what to use.

Hey thanks for this, already have some ratchet straps ordered at home, some socks folded in a tight packing fold, but I didn't think of the scarfs, or the objects, plus I wasn't even considering the speed at which to draw the ratchet.

To add, it is a pleasant feeling, the squeeze, not sure about the moment of going unconscious, but I'm sure it can be endured. Even after practising I've had a pleasant after effect of calm and clarity

I found the large metal buckle fiddly and slightly intimidating when I was testing.

Do you think this will work with the slightly smaller plastic buckles? I think they are called Long Replacement ratchet straps.

I imagine anything will work as long as it pulls tightly enough. The good thing about a ratchet strap is it grips and tightens. If the plastic variation does the same there's no reason it wouldn't work. I got little success with a belt, largely because it didn't grip and tighten.
Great guide!

Are those little plastic containers the ones earplugs come in?

I wouldn't mind some suggestions of what to order from Amazon to replace these for the method, though I'm sure I'll find something to suit.

Here's more info about this, from Chris Docker dialogues book:

Something sturdy and hard (scarf will mitigate the hardness). Look around the house, maybe you'll find something. About 4 fingertips big, it also has to be tall enough so most of force will be applied on the spots. In original Night-Night thread cornhole bags have been suggested. Though I don't recommend anything with fabric which can stretch or rupture under force. The force must be consistent for at least 10min.

Are those little plastic containers the ones earplugs come in?

YES! Though I plan to reinforce them with layers of tape and put something inside them for reliability.

I also found the ratchet big and uncomfortable, but using the scarf like in pictures eliminates this problem. Do the plastic ones you mention have a lever/handle? The handle on the metal one is really easy too use, the ones without a handle may not be as easy to operate in this setup.

Make sure those socks won't stretch somehow after a while. Have you ever stood up suddenly and had a small blackout? That's what it will feel like. You can test, but careful...

The biggest danger
with this method in general is the pressure softening up after going unconscious, thus leaving the person in possibly a vegetable state. Everything must be checked to be sturdy, and a plastic bag just in case.

Important Tip: It's advised to lay down with pillow/towel under neck, like in picture (but maybe bigger):

1944D548 A8DF 4655 B060 86139A0B9E33

Basically if you raise the chin up, then the blood tubes get exposed. They hide if head moves down.
That's why not advised to do this while sitting, since the head can move down and thus softening up the pressure.

Thanks, I'm going to do away with the socks now, use a thick winter glove at either side for padding, and use something like a small wooden block at either side for the object. The socks were an ad hoc solution due to not having corn bags. I feel like I might be able to nail this now. It's put my spirits up and my mind at ease.

Here's an imagine I found helpful for placement purposes and also to illuminate the need for extra pressure.

Man, after finishing this setup and seeing that it works in my trials, I am so fucking happy to finally have an exit! I'm waiting to get SN but this method may be the one for me.

ADA47210 C1A5 4C6B AD58 98629E626E49

It's possible to do it with a rope and stick, but I was only successful just once in tests with stockings and spoon.
To be honest, it's kinda shockingly effective... 10 seconds and darkness... 20 minutes death...

They also look innocent when bought altogether unlike the SN method which is a bit to famous for it's own good. Two it not as painful, three cleared why people fail to locate them, and four does not look as awkward when people discover your body. (Large Korean collar, automatic blood stopper strapped around neck, large bags taped or ratcheted around neck)

There are pictures in "The Last Five Acts" of people who died from tourniquet method, and they look peaceful.

I find that treating these spots more like an area is more helpful. Pressing two fingers on both sides isn't very precise and hence so much failure. It's no coincidence that chokeholds don't work by pressing fingers, but by using the arm. Wanna pressure the general area, which is displayed in the last picture I posted with two red lines.

Though after much trial, now I'm able to locate my own sweet spots with fingers. Literally just pressed them right now, and in a few seconds everything starts to disappear... It feels good actually.

He has made a very nice guide for a beautiful set and he tested it also and you want to change the set to something else which might not work? Please stay with the set @Light&DarkDance has tested.
Why cant you have a ratchet? They can be bought pretty easily

Looks very similar to a testing setup I had except I used a belt with hook and loop attached. Now using a combat tourniquet but I don't find it to be as good. As @Light&DarkDance mentioned, speed is essential and I could be really fast with the belt.

Edit: Already asked in another thread but had no response. Does anyone know if beta blockers would improve the effectiveness of a method like this by weakening the pulse?

I've attached the guide from Five Last Acts, but it's very ineffective for most people.

In PPH it's advised to use "hyperventilation" and "valsalva manoeuver". Though an effective setup/technique should work without them in tests.

I'm no medic, but anything which lowers the amount of blood going up to the head should theoretically help. The main thing I worry about any potentiating stuff is for to keep potentiating for at least 30 minutes. Dangerous would be to fall unconscious and then for something, either bad setup or weakening potentiator, to soften up and leave the brain half dead.

But the awesome thing about this method, be it this setup or anything which works for you, if it makes one go unconscious in seconds and the pressure will stay the same for 30min, then it'll "get the job done".

If the pressure stays the same, most likely one will still die with a small amount of blood going in. Since it's not a super popular method, not enough documentation to guarantee this. Worst case is ending up in a coma/vegetable state, but a plastic bag should eliminate this possibility. The bag has to be big enough for 60-30 seconds of air.

As my time to implement draws closer, I can't help but feel that the key to this method working is finding the 'sweet spot'. Just sharing some videos that helped me get a clear picture of exactly where the carotid artery can be accessed on the neck.

I shared three because I feel it's easier to learn if the message is repeated, with slight variations.

Yep, that's why the setup I shared here was designed in such a way as to make the spots hard to miss. Though the 2 objects still have to be placed as accurately as possible.

2 small pressure points on bare skin (example: 3d printed collar, older setups) are just too easy to miss the spots with.
