How long do I have to starve myself to start seeing results? im getting to a point where i just wanna feel better in my body and im willing to do all of it, including not eating.
starving urself doesn't do shit i tried it once and i got bloated asf, idk i just drink way more water now than i used to before and it did help me a lot actually

hii, if you are willing to do all of it then a calorie deficit/fasting + exercise will be the best option. starving can cause so many issues that will be more important than losing weight!! also its hard to not binge if you restrict too hard. many ed girls will tell you that calorie deficit + fasting and consistent exercise is the most reliable, and it will harm your health the least in the long run which is important! be safe, many people follow disordered behavior for the results of it but those results (weight loss) can also be achieved in safer ways, hug
also to answer your original question, it really depends on how you approach things/ your body height and stuff so its hard to give an accurate answer but with hard work results will show no matter what

distracting myself and not eating anything for a while (idk about 24 hours). Sometimes this leads to binging, but for me restrictive eating leads to binges more then simply fasting.
Then when my body becomes hungry and I feel the bodily urge to eat (not mental urge), I slowly reintroduce food. When I eat without the emotional urge, it grosses me out
Then, the longer I get grossed out by food in my mouth, the less I eat
Basically, my method is learning to eat just for survival not for emotional response. You might find that you actually hate the texture of food in your mouth
I'm not starving physically, I'm starving spiritually. My world leaves so l Iittle to be desired, I see no reason to stay. The body is nothing. I pray every night I CTB in my sleep, and am terribly disappointed when I wake up in the morning. I can't live like this.
