Stan’s guide doesn’t say how many ml of water you’re supposed to mix your SN with. If I were doing 25g of SN, how much water would I use?

Thank you! One more question, when the time comes, how would I measure the SN exactly? Would just a normal baking scale that ppl use to measure flower and sugar be accurate?

Yeah that should be ok if it's digital and to the nearest gram
