I have a ton of escitalopram, and I know in combination with dextromethorphan it can cause Serotonin Syndrome. Is it possible to consume a deadly enough amount and it be not an awful way out?

I know someone who gets me hands on all types of other pharmaceuticals so what I could there if I want to OD peacefully then?

I would not consider an OD method. Why ODs Fail Miserably (A Guide).

You are likely just to get sick, possibly have long-term effects which are more painful than before the attempt. Serotonin syndrome is absolutely miserable. Avoid. Do not attempt. People experiencing this syndrome might feel confused, agitated, or even have hallucinations and delirium. Physically, they could notice an increased heart rate and blood pressure, along with symptoms like sweating, shivering, flushing, and dilated pupils. On the neuromuscular side, they may experience muscle rigidity, tremors, overactive reflexes, or incoordination. Gastrointestinal symptoms can also kick in, leading to nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Please avoid trying this!!

I know someone who gets me hands on all types of other pharmaceuticals so what I could there if I want to OD peacefully then?
I am kind of doubting it as these are not really that easily sourced for an effective, reliable CTB method. But, as for combinations, there are drug cocktails designed for things like MAID which are really the only consistent methodology when it comes to drugs for CTB, but acquiring those medications would be extremely expensive assuming you source the actual medications and not just a scam on a DNM. I doubt a local drug dealer is going to have what is needed for this purpose...

Unless actually prescribed them from a doctor for MAID, it is a pretty cost prohibitive method for most people. The PPH has a 5-drug cocktail or you can also use the search feature here to look up MAID protocols. When searching on here, use the protocol names: DDMP2, D-DMP2, DDMA etc and you should find various threads about it pretty quickly. All are over 1 hour avg (I believe). Maxes from 3.8 to 39 hours. So it could take some time. Being able to crush that many tablets (if legitimate) and consuming that much pulverized powder is going to be very difficult. Which is why these are using a more pure forms from a compounding pharmacy that prepares a dose that does not have all the fillers found in the tablet forms of the medications. Assuming someone doesn't puke it up because it is a lot more quantity than the actual protocols would normally require.

Some additional possibly helpful guides on MAiD protocols:
- https://www.acamaid.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/12-5-19-DDMA-instead-of-DDMP2.pdf
- https://endoflifewa.org/wp-content/...r-Taking-Life-Ending-Medications-Jan-2020.pdf

But, as of 2024, Academy now recommends one single protocol: DDMAPh (DDMAPh: Digoxin 100 mg, Diazepam 1 gm, Morphine 15 gm, Amitriptyline 8gm, Phenobarbital 5 gm): https://www.acamaid.org/pharmacologyinfoupdates/

I am so sorry you are in so much pain and suffering and hope you find everything you are looking for and get whatever peace & serenity you may be seeking.

Found your comment on another post and was about to share it here when I noticed you commented on my post too. Thank you for the information. You are so kind <3

This method of mine may require reconsideration.
What about a new opioid like a zene?
i wonder if any any street opioid work too. Especially with a low tolerance

Check this thread out: Opioid MegaThread

Now, when it comes to Nitazenes, I wouldn't suggest or recommend them for all the reasons Rhiz outlines in the megathread. Additionally, ensuring their quality can be really challenging. While it's true that some people have tragically died from these substances, they're not a reliable, repeatable, or cost-effective option, especially considering the risks of failure and potential long-term side effects. And interestingly (I guess) enough it always seems to be people who accidentally die from it, not setting out with the intention to actually kill themselves. There is just a lot of factors to consider for wanting to do this method which make it a lower probability risk.

You might want to use the search feature on the site to see what others have discussed regarding Nitazenes. Personally, it doesn't seem like a realistic approach, but everyone should make their own decisions!

Whatever you choose, I wish you all the best and hope you find peace and serenity.

I messed up once and took too much Celexa, got my days wrong and went to ER after starting to get Serotonin Syndrome and the next 12 hours or so were PURE HELL.

I was admitted and I have no idea what the IV was that they put in me but the sweats and feeling as if all hell broke loose in my mind, I NEVER EVER want to feel that way again ever.

If and that is an if, I remember correctly, it takes time to go unconscious and before that one has sweats and diarrhea and a host of other nasty issues.

After what I experienced, at least for me, it would be one of the more hellish to move on. Suffer for a long period before going unconscious, no thank you.

No!
Bad idea. Serotonin syndrome is no joke & can lead to physical disability & even more suffering.
OD success rate is under 14%.
I hope you're able to find peace but this isn't a good way to do it 🌹💔
