Has anyone been able to source F be it the darknet or whatever? If someone can help source it that would be appreciated very much

What do you mean? What rumours? Where did you hear them?

Even if officials could make TOR ineffective then people have other VPN etc. as their protection. Or do you think that they collect data of every people in world surfing via tor, or who have visited market places? If so then what for?

Or did you mean that dark net market places would be monitored? Of course police have read and will read in future what market places (at least most popular ones) sell and to which countries they sell and how they do it and they make all kind of charts based on it. But they rarely get them down. They try to catch big sellers and those who keep the market places up.
But every time they bust some market place new ones arrive. Like with Silk Road. After first and second were busted came Silk Road 3 which is still going. Some change names but keep going.

I don't personally care but I am interested about it as a social phenomena and it's a lot in the news.

News say that one of the biggest seller of F and other staff got caught after leaving Dream Market and selling via personal email to which police contacted. He was apparently safe when he sold in Dream Market. Some people who hide sales in nature and haven't been carefull have been caught via their dna and criminals with long record have been busted because police have searched their house for some other crime.

It seems that it is very hard for police to shut down market places and catch the sellers in it.

The thing I don't get is why police won't even shut down the sellers in clear net who sell fentanyl, carfentanyl etc. in sites meant for legal businesses. Seems like they just don't care. Most are frauds probably but they can't know that. They are all shown by writing few words in search engine so they know them all for sure and news write about them all the time.

Police are trying to bust the big sellers and people keeping market places up and in my opinion they do pretty bad job with that.
They are not spending their resources to catch people who buy small doses of some drug. Why would they since they know that customers can't know anything about the vendors in Market Places. If they had more resources they would use it to catch the sellers and not users.

Like "throw away" (rest in peace little angel) said it would be way easier to get heroin and with bigger dose it is the same thing. She said she used dark net forum to find a real vendor.

Lol go to any rehab and ask around. Trust me, most people there aren't interested in getting clean and will have no issue acting as a bad fish for you.
