Help Sources for Propranolol / Metoclopramide / Nexium for SN OD

With Ondansetron, I'm planning to buy both Dramamine and meclizine to cover that specifically.

I'm a terrible liar and have just as bad social anxiety, I want to avoid having to interact with any doctors or prescribers to get any of these.

If I don't have to use all of these, and anyone knows what I can cut out to successfully CTB, please let me know.
