Contact them or maybe it doesnt have to literally say "purity" sometimes it's other things " Assay " and maybe you can conclude it form the source

Maybe if it wasn't a very lab type thing then defiantly contact them

I'm nervous about contacting them since I dont know what reason to give that I'm asking for the purity and also I dont know how to verify what they say

what kind of solution to this problem are you anticipating then if you're not comfortable asking them? someone to magically tell you when we don't even know the source?

I'm wondering mainly if there's a way to chemically test it or if people have experience with the source. I'm talking about ccs

I have no experience with it myself, but people on the forum have constantly verified CCS as a reliable source. I don't think you should worry about that. For testing it seems you can use an Aquarium Test Strip for Sodium Nitrite/Nitrate.
