I finally have a day off and I can barely get out of bed. All I can think about is how I have screwed up my life by being with a controlling ex and not breaking off the relationship at the very beginning.my F never showed up so I'm going to reorder it or just use my sn, I don't know what to do but I cannot keep living this pos life

Its because I live with severe damage from what resulted from being in a controlling relationship with a sociopath. Insomnia, brain injury, kidney damage, muscle damage and nerve damage. I sleep three hours a night at best

It would be if you could get them. I know phenobarbital was used for heavy migraines years ago.

If Nem says no medicine works, maybe they can give nembutal as a last resort. I would definitely try that. Nembutal gives 4-6 hours sleep. I heard that.

I have the same problem … on my days off sometimes I don't get out of bed until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I used to have an ex that would manipulate me.
I'm not smart so I'm sure it was easy.
Sorry you didn't receive your F. At least you still have your SN. I don't know what to do either. I hate life but I don't want to hurt the people I leave behind.
