My SN was supposed to be delivered 10-31 but UPS said they had problems. Then I get a message that it will be delivered at 8pm today by UPS. No delivery no package. It a message to contact We're sorry your package is late. Please contact Professor Fullwood for the next steps.

Did you contact the seller yet? I'm in the US too and it sounds like something definitely went wrong. Keep me posted.
