Discussion Sodium nitrite tech grade?

The website which I'm planning to buy sn from, have only tech grade sn. It doesn't say the percentage of sodium nitrite also. Which grade you recommend as minimum? Is food grade enough?

I can't buy any chemical, med or a supplement from abroad. It feels like shit to be living in a third world country.

If it's coming from abroad, I have no luck. So, no eBay. Also, Paypal got forbidden just a year ago.

Sodium nitrite is used in meat flavor/curing so you might have a chance at finding it in Turkey. I'm not sure though. You guys can't even receive international mail?

It's too hard to find it without getting an attention from my family. Also there is no guarantee that either I can find one pure enough or the seller will give me pure sodium nitrite.

Anything that is sold to be in food will be very pure.
