Hi guys.
I had a few questions about the SN method and was wondering if I could get some help. Any help is appreciated. Sorry if there are a lot, I really want to make sure my attempt goes well.
I had a few questions about the SN method and was wondering if I could get some help. Any help is appreciated. Sorry if there are a lot, I really want to make sure my attempt goes well.
- I've read that Sodium Nitrite can become Sodium Nitrate after being opened (after approx. 30 minutes), is this correct or even semi-correct?
- Are 15 grams of SN for an attempt universal for everyone regardless of weight/age? Are there disadvantages if you take more than 15 grams (e.g. 20 grams)?
- Is an antacid (e.g. tagament) completely necessary? I've read some comments claiming it to be an essential part of the attempt to others saying it's not necessary.
- I purchased an antiemetic (Primperan) from an eBay seller based in Greece and it seemed way easier than I thought it would be to obtain. I was curious if anyone's done the same? Is there a way to know if it's fake?
- Is there any benefit to taking the antiemetic multiple times per day a few days before ingesting SN? Does it really matter VS just popping a couple 30-60 minutes before?
- I stumbled upon an article about Priperan stating that tardive dyskinesia is a possible side effect, is there a reason to be worried about this happening to me if I fail my attempt?
- The Sodium Nitrite I purchased was from Amazon and I recently noticed that they added two chemicals to the SN that I can't find a lot of information about. Does anyone know what these additives do and can they cause problems with the attempt? I've put the description below.
Food Grade - Meets the Food Chemicals Codex - ISO 9001 Our sodium nitrite is in granular form, free-flowing and has 0.1% sodium mono and dimethyl naphthalens sulfonates added.
- Some people say this method takes approx 30-60 minutes to produce death upon ingestion while others claim it can be 8 hours+ in some circumstances. If true, what would cause it to take 8+ hours to cause death?
- People report that failed attempts of the SN won't cause permanent damage (e.g. brain injury) if treated. Is this true? If true, what happens if you take SN and vomit but don't get help at all?
- Does anyone truly know how comfortable this method is? Some claim it to be relatively peaceful while others say it can be pretty painful.
