U r not doing anything wrong tho. Knowledge should be accessible for everybody.
U should avoid encouraging someone to ctb , but giving them information isnt harmful.

giving it out freely can be risky though, you could be giving it to an undercover journalist or someone looking to like report you/this site for "aiding suicide" or whatever, this site gets enough bad attention anyway

If you get an answer, please send me a DM because I have the same question (also in the U.S.) and have had no success in finding SN that will deliver to me. Someone said it could be found on the dark web, so I learned how to use that and still nothing. Good luck!
