Many of us would be leaving this world. I believe even lowest voices should have say, specially if they hold a different opinion or couldn't fit in the environment and society we have today.
What changes would you suggest to make the place for habitable and better for people, with respect to society, behaviour of people, knowledge, health system etc
Give a general outline and describe also it with respect to the countries and even at global level.
For example- reforms in health services, social services and society, cultural aspects, progress in science and technology, environment, jobs, family unit, political and economic angle. Add anything that you have to say
What kind of world you wanna be in? Your feedback is valuable as some voices will disappear sooner or later. Might as well picture the world and some real solutions even if they are not going to be implemented.

Wipe the slate clean [erase everyone from the face of the planet] and see if evolution can do a better job next time around. That would solve a lot of problems overnight. If the 6th great extinction believers are right, its possible that might be closer to reality than most of us realise.

Oh, if only I held the answers!

One relatively simple change which would be effective is humanizing school curriculum.
Schools exist in a community, funded by community, and should be a part of the community
Agricultural progams would teach children
  1. environment, ecology, food sourcing, and encourage healthier eating choices
  2. donating fresh food to the community food banks or meals on wheels
  3. Environmental clean up/trail clean up
    1. people become less likely to pollute if they are taught to respect the environment
    2. becoming familiar with nature can give kids a sense of awe, removing the focus off of self
  4. Food Bank: Kids can read date code expiries
    1. they learn to value what they have and help others less fortunate
    2. they learn about a resource they can tell their parent or guardian about if they are in need
  5. Donate their backpacks for kids, back to backpack for kids
    1. help fill the backpacks with food or school supplies that corporations provide
  6. Bring in mentors and social clubs
Teach kids self care
  1. Coping mechanisms: a lot of mental illness and drug addiction can be PREVENTED (for the nurture part of nurture vs nature)
    1. Mental illness often stems from maladaptions that become hardwired.
    2. Non-sectarian mediation practices
    3. CBT self-taught from an early age
    4. Helping kids work through their thoughts and feelings
    5. Psychological screenings for mental and physical abuse
    6. Encouraging self-acceptance of flaws and differences
    7. Minimizing effects of media and social media, putting it in context for children so they aren't owned by it
  2. Physical Care
    1. Basic Hygiene (age-relevant)
    2. Nutrition & cooking
    3. Exercise (different types, including non-sport)
    4. Enviromental cleanliness
      1. importance of
      2. how to clean, organize, disinfect
      3. clothing care

Due to changes in our society, many children do not receive the guidance (or nurturing) they need to lead balanced adult lives. There are a number of factors for this which are commonly known, but there have been nothing to replace the losses. As such, schools should focus on helping children be able to cope and function and prepare them for this world, not just with factual data, but with usable life skills.

Idk if we're helping you come up with a thesis or a proposal or whether it is just conversation, but it is good to look for solutions and for people of action to take up the cause.

@WaterUnder has lots of a good suggestions.

To add to the list, I would say a compassionate society should have the option of the choice to whether live or die because no one was brought into this world by choice. Instead they were imposed life. Also, we need to change the mentality of 'life is great', 'life is a gift', 'life is precious', etc. Life isn't always great and sometimes, life just sucks and not everyone's life is roses and rainbows. There are more suggestions but this is a major point for me. I do not like to live in an anti-choice society and one that has the hive mind of life is always great and that death is always bad.
