I wish you the best with your plans and I hope you find what you search for, if you are referring to the Night Night method from what I'm aware that does sound unreliable and I've read of failed attempts, I despise how it's this difficult to permanently escape from all the suffering. But if people have managed to succeed with it then I envy them.

I don't get any unsupervised time in the house. I tried this when I used to get unsupervised time, and I'm pretty sure I have access to the means but it's quite noticeable someone trying to hang themselves from a pullup bar..

In my country yes, but also to other pick up stations and post offices. I would not experiment with any things that you can find somewhere.
