so many sufferers yet I can't save them all. I can only pray that those who want to CTB, CTB, and those who don't, find what they're searching for. If I could give a hug to all who need it, I would. If only I knew how to invent a painless, failsafe way of CTB-ing.

No one can save anyone, tbh. It's up to things just getting better in order for anyone to be "saved".

The reality is that nobody can be "saved" from death. To die is all we are destined for, we cannot escape from our inevitable fate no matter what. But I never understand the people who view existence as the most desirable option, to die is what would save me, it would save me from all future harms and prevent all suffering that is an inevitable consequence of being conscious and aware. I could never desire existence, I've only ever wished for eternal nothingness, free from the harmful burden that is existence. I could never see the appeal to being a slave to suffering, a slave to a decaying flesh prison trapped in a random and chaotic world which is also so hellish. It really is a tragedy how there is no straightforward, painless and reliable way to leave.
