Do you have any methods for hanging which are easy to use and work with lethal impact.

I've tried that once or twice, didn't work either, my head was about to explode. A horrible feeling.

I tried something similar. A scarf + a tie in the iron bar inside my wardrobe. It seemed it was going to work but I had also taken lots of sleeping pills and couldn't hang properly.
Finding the right spot on your neck is vital.
