Is SN really that available and cheap? I have found an ounce for $15? Is this the real deal?

Depends on where u live. I'm from India it cost me only $7.5 for 500gm. As far as I'm aware it is cheap and available, because of it wide usage in treating meat.
I've also seen reports of users from U.S stating their difficulty in procuring.

I suppose you meant Anti emeticts ? Yes they are harder to get. Most online pharmacy now requires prescription for it

Yup. Meto is the hardest thing to get. I just got scared by a SN failure post and tried an online doctor. Could only get Ondansetron.

From looking it up online it seems like it's nearly identical, it's considered a "Biosimilar" to Metoclopramide and has less side affects. The primary use of Metoclopramide nowadays is to act as an antiemetic in patients receiving chemotherapy and for those on immunosuppressive drugs, otherwise Ondansetron is a "first line" medication for those who need an Antiemetic.

Believe the difference is the gastric emptying with Meto. But It's better than nothing.

Hey can you tell me where you got SN in India from? I am also from India but i am not sure if indiamart site is selling right stuff.
