Eventually, you will pass out, as the oxygen concentration in your blood lowers. You'll get tired and drowsy. From what I've read, you might hear a ringing in your ears or see 'stars', so to speak (the blinking lights you see when you get up to quickly).
It can, depending on your dose, your metabolism, age and other factors, take time. 12 minutes according to the PPH, I think, but some users have said 20 minutes or even 30. I think I read here in a thread that, if you take SN in capsule form only, it will take an hour or so.

I read one account on here but the person threw up quickly after taking SN, and then called the ambulance. Apparently he did not take acid reducers. Said his pain level was 6/10.

In case of vomiting you have either to take another dose of SN (not sure if it's a good solution, but some people here are preferring it to ambulance) or call the ambulance.

We always have to look at people who have survived an attempt with a huge amount of sympathy. They have gone through a traumatic experience of taking themselves mentally to the point that they actually take the SN, then for whatever reason decide to abort by calling an ambulance or some other way. You can see they are in a real bad place when recounting their story and sometimes it is unkind to give them the full interrogation treatment. I remember seeing one post with the question 'what happened to you after you became unconscious?' How would they know! They were unconscious. Some facts put forward maybe there to self validate why the SI kicked in. Again, I think interrogating the member causes more damage than good even though we all have a selfish thirst for information.

The most useful thing that comes out of these stories is they they came out the other end with no long term physical damage. Everything else regarding the story has to be at the discretion of each individual with how they take the info.

Yea it's pretty inconsiderate to interrogate someone after such an attempt. Give them time and support and if they want to talk about it they will.

This is why if there is even a sliver of doubt I will back out. It's not worth going into it otherwise as there can be serious ramifications for the attempt that you'll have to face.

If you vomit and can't keep down another glass of SN do you have to call ambulance? Otherwise do you just end up with brain damage and bad hypoxia without it being lethal?

What happens if you vomit but don't call? You might still live with really bad consequences?

This is my question also...

What if SN fails (for whatever reason...)???

Someone said that it is possible to have brain damage from Hypoxia?

Does anyone on here agree that brain damage from SN can happen, and if so, How can one prevent it please??
