Hi everyone,
I just read a Chinese article mentioning unintentional SN poisoning of a dozen people after a meal during a funeral a couple weeks ago (awful situation I know).
They ate a dish were SN was mistaken with table salt.
They almost all die and I don't think you use that much salt in a dish so I guess the total SN amount was not even 20g yet several people died despite the small quantity AND consumption of food.
This made me look for more articles referring to SN poisoning and found a few where people ate dishes prepared with SN and actually passed away so the question is why can't we just ingest SN along with some food to ease the process? Maybe a small serving of something easy to digest like a cup of apple sauce for example or a small serving of puréed something...
