Sn without meto

Hi, i am 33 years old and I am done with my life. I lost my love and I feel completely disconnected from this society. I am planning to commit suicide but I can't get the meto. 4 months ago my gf broke up with me and since then i live like totally excluded from life. I can't stand that anymore.

Also my family concerns me, especially my mother. I have benzodiazepines but will this be enough for the sn?

I don't know what to do or how to find a good solution for all.

Sn has worked without an antiemetic but its not recommended. You need to be able to keep it in your stomach for it to work

Then perhaps you are just reacting and not ready to CTB? Maybe you need to think about it a little?

See Stan's guide to SN on the Resources Compilation sticky thread. Only the SN is required, all else is for comfort. Then do a site search for the two SN success and failure threads with anecdotal evidence of attempts. Not all successes included meto, and vomiting does not lead to survival if one takes the right amount of SN and water as advised by Stan's guide or the the PPH. What leads to survival is being interrupted, calling emergency services, or taking too little SN.

On the one hand I feel completely lost and can't connect to life anymore. On the other hand I am just concerned about my parents that this will destroy their lifes.

After I lost the love of my life I am not mentally stable anymore. I feel pure sadness and just want to end this sadness

No problem - happy to be corrected as I have no experience of SN. This will be my first and hopefully last experience of it.

I'm sorry that you're suffering. Is there one reason you could think of to stay? Ctb should be the last option and it should be done with careful planning and research. It's totally okay to not ctb, you should not feel like you have to do it. But, I don't really know your situation well and I can't really tell you what to do.
About meto, people have succeed with or without meto. It really depends on the person.
