SN without meto a good idea?

Hello everyone,

My original plan to CTB was to follow the SN method that the old user Stan laid out. I have received my SN however unfortunately it appears as though my meto order will not be arriving. I took a risk and ordered meto from an online pharmacy a few weeks ago but when I look at the tracking of my order it's been sitting in the exact same place for 2 weeks now. So I don't think I'll be getting it.

However I'm wondering if I should just try SN without the meto. Is this a good idea or no?

I'm really tired of being alive and would like to go before New Years rolls around, but i can only do this by trying SN without meto and I'm not so sure if that's a wise thing to try.

You might want to wait some more. The meto might still come. Vomiting seems to be the biggest risk with SN, so I recommend absolutely using an anti-emetic.

Well this is positive news then, maybe there is still hope to receive that meto. Wish it didn't take so damn long though or if it is going to take long at least update the tracking. It's frustrating because now I don't know whether it's actually coming or not.

Is it in customs? That's where mine was.

Idk it's somewhere in India and it's been stuck at "waiting to be dispatched" or something for 2 weeks. The order originated from a different country though so idk why it was able to get to India then got stuck.

Mine is in a similar situation , processed through facility and it has been this way for over a week , prior to this it had been moving along . Everything else I ordered has arrived without problems .

I don't see a reason why you should have problem with an online pharmacy unless it's like on the dark web or something. You'll be fine and the meto will prob arrive.

If you throw it up it's a fail unless you have extra shots of SN lined up for you in case you throw it up. It's recommended/additional to have meto. SN is the vital component. So if you think you can keep it in your stomach you're good.

Meto is not valium or xanax or any other known drug that is heavily wanted for other uses than medical. It's the least "dangerus" stuff you can get you'll be fine.

I've been thinking about this also, since my meto order didn't go through and I can't seem to find another website to get it. I've read a lot about SN attempts on here and have seen that many throw up even while taking an antiemetic. Some of the succesful attempts didn't have an antiemetic involved at all. I figure having a second or third soltuion of SN prepared might be just as good, but throwing up might affect how long it will take for you to pass out and could result in more pain overall. I'm still deciding, but I don't think it's a terrible idea if your meto doesn't end up coming.

Zofran can be used in addition to Meto for insurance, but it's not good for your primary antiemetic.

Zofran/ Ondansetron is a serotonin receptor antagonist, I see that the antiemetics in Stan's guide are all dopamine receptor antagonists, he gives a convienient list of those. A dopamine receptor antagonist, metoclopramide is the one used in the PPHB.

Some people who were confident in their ability to "keep things down", i.e. not vomit, have successfully CTB without antiemetics.
But the best advice would be to wait and get the antiemetics.

I think there's a website where you can see an online doctor for migraines, and receive a prescription. Perhaps try a search engine for that. That might be a quicker way to get antiemetics. Or in the UK there are some over the counter antiemetics (buccastem) that I believe are up to the task. Also, in some cases private walk-in doctors, where you pay a consulting fee, may be more willing to prescribe what you specifically ask for.

If those leads don't work out then feel free to drop me a PM and I'll see if there are some other possible ways of ordering quickly....
