You don't even need anti e's just sn and the will power not to call for help.

A few people have done the above - no regimen at all.

Thank you for this thread, I was wondering about the same because I can't get benzos without a prescription from the doctor and will need for meto possibly a prescription as well..

Propranolol was suggested in July in PPeH/PN live streams as a 'potentator'.

Benzos are something this forum came up with; there was extensive discussion here as well as some users citing the 8chan thread on SN.

All u need is SN all else is just to ensure u keep it in and to make the process a bit easier. As someone mentioned , keep the sn in and u done .. AE and antacids just to aid the process. Lot of us here tend to overcomplicate things.. All the best brother

I'm planning to take SN without benzos too. I was a coward allmy life. I want to be brave in the last thing I do.

I'm going to take SN basically without benzos. I am on them anyway but they have no sedative effect, even if I take a weeks worth because I am so tolerant. If I was in your shoes (not tolerant) I might check out the dark net markets. It's easy to get benzos on there although a bit expensive. They may not be essential but probably make things more pleasant.

Correct, they're just to calm you down. You don't need them.
