ultimately it's your decision what to do
Essentially SN is the main ingredient, and what will cause ctb. It's recommended to use the guide. Either 48 hr or stat dose. If you can't access these meds it's then up to you to decide. Also read the SN attempts failure and successes thread. It will help you gage what can happen with of without meds.
