I have to take anti epilepsy meds or I'd be rescued earlier. However, I thought of a potential alternative for AE: starvation. You can't vomit if there's nothing to vomit in the first place, right?
So, the plan is to starve myself, though drink a couple of sips of water because I can't swallow one of the pills dry, and smoke. Nicotine is a great appetite suppressor. After, let's say 3 days? Maybe 5? Would SN work without the need for AE?

I suggest you read Stan's Guide and the SN megathread. The PPH's chapter on SN is also a good option. Fasting is already recommended as part of the SN regime. The use of an antiemetic is recommended but it is possible to succeed without it, the use of the antiemetic is to attempt to prevent failure due to vomiting up the SN.

I think it's risky. An empty stomach could make you more prone to nausea/vomiting even if there's nothing in the stomach. You might vomit the sn itself. Just my opinion.

Using an anti-emetic seems like a fail-prevention method. I'm fairly sure I've seen reports where someone has succeeded without them, but I think it'd be more pleasant with than without.
