This is what I am in between too! I feel like SN would be easier for me to overcome SI though. I know that I can stay in a suicidal mindset for a longtime and not regret it from past attempts, but I dont know if I can be so violent with myselfWould prefer a gun if I had access - a shot in the heart used to be the way in the 19th century.Similar threads
