Disappointment

So I ordered Loudwolf SN and the Tagamet through Amazon. Now I've ordered stuff from Amazon for years with no issues. I received the Tagamet...but the SN was a different story...

I get text alerts through USPS about package statuses. According to their system, the package was suppose to be delivered Thursday.

Friday, I get a message saying my package was 'undeliverable' due to 'person or address unknown.' I contacted the post office who basically was like "what package?" I later check the tracking number and saw the following:

"Your item was returned to the sender on December 27, 2018 at 11:13 am in (my location) because the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location and no further information was available."

This is BS because it's an apartment complex and USPS has delivered to us before. If the office isn't open, they come to our apartment and drop off the package. My paranoid self thinks this a conspiracy; like they knew what it was for and just refused to deliver it...or that it's just a sign I shouldn't ctb. Who knows...

I ended up contacting Amazon who is going to help me get a refund. I could of had the item replaced, but...this has me spooked for some reason.

I'd take it as a sign. Might as well return the SN, too.

That's odd. Perhaps it is some sort of sign. It's hard for UPS to mess up delivery to an apartment complex. Maybe there was some issue with the address label.

So it seems the packages were just taken to the post office. My husband said today that (in an 'oh by the way' manner) that we received two notices from USPS...I have ten days to pick up my packages before they're sent back.

I've had this happen before its random usually happens with USPS. The sn isn't illegal but if your feeling funny about it then go with your gut.

Well, you know how I feel about signs and omens... ;-)

More seriously, I've had problems here with USPS tracking numbers reporting an item as "Delivered," but the item not showing up for another two weeks after that. It isn't exactly the tightest ship in the shipping business.
