Sn tonight. benzo question

Got SN from IC. Wanted to last night. Was not brave enough. Haven't eaten in about 24 hours (not fasting, just depressed). What is the timing (and dosage) of the benzos? Have a lot of Lorazepam. Tried to look but can't find the info in stan's guide.
As for everything else, only have Ondansetron, antacid tablets or pepto, and otc painkillers. Hopefully have the strength to do it tonight. And hopefully it works.

Its therapeutic dose is 1-3mg so I would take about 4-5 but no more as it could cause nausea. But its up to you to decide

You can take it an hour prior to taking SN, but you can take more down the line if you feel like you need to (strong SI). Some people take their benzos all throughout the day of their CTB, just to stay calm
