I think I've made my decision, my SN should arrive soon. I've done hours of research and have the SN guide downloaded to my phone.

I will do it at a nearby hotel, i will follow it as best I can, painkillers, and I also have access to quetiapine which I'm prescribed. Might get an antacid.

I am often forgetful though, so pls let me know any crucial things I shouldn't forget. Cheers.

+ can I take promethazine to knock me out faster along with the quetiapine? Because I am prescribed that too and I really don't want to be awake for it at all. Or better yet, can I take an hour before to increase sedation before SN ingestion?

The main concern with taking other drugs with the SN method would be their effects on GI motility (gastric emptying speeds), and stomach irritation. If a drug does not significantly slow down GI motility, and does not cause any stomach irritation, I'd say it's probably fine. In the case of promethazine, it can mildly slow down GI motility, and in my experience does not cause any stomach irritation. The half life of promethazine is fairly long, so I'd actually probably take it more like 2 or 3 hours before, to ensure I was very sedated by the time I took the SN. Keep in mind I am certainly no expert on drugs, but I tend to be good at figuring shit out.

Additionally, if you are not taking an antiemetic beforehand, at the very least I'd recommend taking an antacid like famotidine (easily obtainable without prescription), that can reduce the production of stomach acid. This should cause less nitrous acid/NO to be formed in the stomach during SN ingestion, and possibly a little less irritation.

Thanks for helping me out. I am already taking an antiemetic - quetiapine for BPD. Could you help me substitute the medications out within this guide and time frame?

Quetiapine instead of the 3 x10 meto, but I only have it in 25mg pills so do I only take 1 ?? And where would the promethazine go? And how much?

Thanks again
1 hour before drinking SN600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any pain killer as long as you stay within the recommended dose
45 minutes before drinking SN3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)
30 minutes before drinking SNDouble dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.
SN drink

It would be ideal to take quetiapine with an antiemetic which works by increasing gastric emptying speeds, as quetiapine does not do this. Instead, quetiapine prevents vomiting by antagonizing certain serotonin receptors, and can actually slow down GI motility a bit. I don't personally have any experience with quetiapine, but if you think it will prevent you from vomiting SN, then it should be good enough.

For the famotidine, I'd take it 3 hours before, along with a few tums. For the promethazine, I'd take it 2 hours before, as it reaches it's max concentration in plasma in 2-3 hours. For the quetiapine, if it is immediate release, I'd take it 1.5 hours before. I personally would not bother with painkillers. In my experience testing 600mg of SN, literally nothing can stop the pain from a hypotensive headache anyways. If you can get it, I'd recommend taking 3x10mg of metaclopramide or domperidone 45 minutes before, as recommened by the PPH. I was able to obtain domperidone from ReliableRxPharmacy, though I think it did take like a month to get here. If it does ask for a PDF or something of a prescription, try just continuing with the order without it. I don't think it does ask for it though.

As far as amounts go for the promethazine and quetiapine, I assume you probably would know best based on your experience taking them in the past, I really don't know.

Edit: Domperidone is sold at ReliableRxPharmacy as "Vomistop" btw.
