SN sources in Europe/Poland?

Does anyone know reliable sources for getting SN from an EU country? preferably Poland?

I'm also looking for EU source. It feels to me as European that EU to EU is the safest bet on actually receiving it. Not that the vendors are the issue. It's the.. Certain nosy people if you know who I mean

if they ask you to complete, scan and e-mail the Declaration of Intended Use, enter that you need the substance to cure meat ("peklowanie mięsa") or to home-process meat for private consumption ("domowe przetwórstwo mięsa na potrzeby własne")
