Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Where are you located if you don't mind? Maybe mine is taking longer as its to Canada, or maybe my item got seized at customs. No idea as the UKRposhta tracking number is useless once it leaves Ukraine.
I did get updates even when it arrived into the US. I did not use this site for tracking though.
