sn ruined?

my sn was at a balcony with -15...-25°C temperature in there for a month, can I still take it,will it work properly?
I took painkillers and anti-vomit drugs already, feeling concerned about will sn work,have 30 more minutes or so

I'd presume cold wouldn't affect it, the heat will as it could separate the chemicals. Have you taken it?
