Method SN Regime Plan

Here is my regime plan:

	24 hour fasting (no eating)
	8 hour minimal water (No drinking 2 hours before SN)
11:00	1 x 10mg Metoclopramide
18:00	1 x 10mg Metoclopramide
00:00	3 x 0.5mg Alplazoram (Xanax)
00:00	10 x 10mg Propranolol
00:20	3 x 10mg Metclopramide
01:00	35g SN in 70mL of water

I feel if I take my benzo (xanax) and Propranolol before the SN, will give my body the chance to relax and have reduced tachycardia (fast heart rate) when the SN kicks in. Correct me if I'm wrong, it just seems if you consumed both when also consuming SN, it may lag the chaotic anxiety and heart beat reduction from kicking in on time.

As long as you're used to taking that amount of benzodiazepines and beta-blockers. You'll be very tired just make sure not to fall asleep. While there's no proof of propranolol helping it only makes sense and I'm also going to be using it for my CTB.

More or less will do the same except I'll take 25 g in 60ml water since I have a measuring cup that tops out at that much although I do have Propranolol as well, it's expired so I'm not sure if it'll work still. I'll take 4 ×0.5 Alpra though. Are you going to take 20mg in total at 11:00 and at 18:00 on the same day as your sn drink before the other 30mg an hour before as per protocol.
