Help SN questions

Would it be reccomendable to do it in a car? Stan's guide states 40 minutes to 4 hours for death to occurr which seems a bit vague, also would the symptoms be noticeable from the outside?
Stat dose also seem to include fasting and I've seen people talking about it here, but in Stan's guide it isn't said how much should one fast for.
