Hi A quick question.. I don't get it. Can I use SN without Antiacids?? or will this not work then?

Yes you can use SN without antacid. Antacid reduces stomach acid, which helps the SN absorb into your body faster.

Hello, the answer is yes. Although they neutralize acid in your stomach. You can buy e.g. Tagamet(cimetidine) or anything else against heartburn. Can be Alka-Seltzer(sodium bicarbonate), Gaviscon(sodium bicarbonate), Milk Of Magnesia(Magnesium Hydroxide). PePH recommends Tagamet, Stan's guide Milk of Magnesia.
Edit: if you decide to choose antacid, take one with Magnesium Hydroxide, would be better.

The antacid might also help to reduce the burning feeling totally your choice of what you decide. I am researching this method fo myself feel quite comfortable with it but I will take antacids. I know that I would rather absorb the SN faster by using the antacids.

that is weird how it's worded says two different things which cancel each other out. i Just like to know which way the SN is adsorb fastest.

I think in this case the best option would be to trust Stan rather than anybody else (Milk of Magnesia). Sodium bicarbonate was before in PePH, so I guess there is the reason why it is not anymore included. PePH now recommends Tagamet. But it is up to you to decide which one to use.

Four hours is sufficient.

An empty stomach means the SN will absorb faster.

Do I need those?	No. The least significant part of SN [1] Effectiveness is questionable. Many use them as considered widely-available, not dangerous, and common practice. Can be skipped.

so if i take 1000mg paracetamol, wait 15 mins , then take 30mg metoclopramide wait 30 mins, take 3 ranitadine wait 30 mins then drink the SN drink this will be ok ?
