(translator) Hi! I'm preparing a protocol for SN and want to make sure I don't make any mistakes. Is it okay to use the standard 48-hour protocol from Stan's Guide to SN?
Instead of metoclopramide, I'll be using Cerucal (active ingredient: metoclopramide). For pain relief, I have paracetamol. I don't have any antacids yet (but I might buy some). As for sedatives, I only have Teraligen (alimezine). I'm not sure if this medication is available in Europe, since I haven't found it for sale in any countries other than Russia, so let me explain: it's an anti-anxiety medication that helps me with my Ńenesthopathy . Should I take it? I'm a little worried that if I do, the medication might make me doubt myself and I won't be able to pull it off.
Please share your thoughts on the plan. Is everything okay?
Thanks for your time
