• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Hey,

Hoping for some advice or constructive critique on my accompanying SN medications / dosages, as per the below:

30mg Metoclopramide
Clonidine
Amitriptyline
250mg Carvedilol
315mg Zopiclone
420mg Mirtazapine
Quetiapine
25mg SN

Thanks!

A really elaborate protocol, but I'm not so sure about clonidine and amitriptyline, I took a quick look on Google and the first one seems like something that causes hypotension but the SN already does that, instead I think you would use the antidepressant as a painkiller, but wouldn't something like ibuprofen or paracetamol be better? The others seem ok to me, there's also the anticonvulsant.

But be careful not to make protocols that are too complex, you could risk unwanted interactions.

I would stick to the protocol that suggest Benzos to be sedated and Meto to prevent vomiting.

Taking all those other meds on top of it may increase the chances of vomiting. That's my guess.
