• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

i'd just like to point out that the reason it isn't encouraged to take more than the recommended amount is due to increased likelihood and speed of vomiting before absorption. but if you know what you're doing then yeah

Plenty.

What @lookup said, any chance you can get your hands on OTC meds like Tylenol and Dramamine, it'll alleviate possible side effects of SN. Whatever you decide, I hope you find everything you're looking for.

I'm in the same boat as I don't have access to other drugs except ibuprofen.
But still there are cases where people successfully CTB without the help of other meds.

Wish you the best for whatever you decide to do.

The only thing actually required to CTB with SN is SN itself. Other drugs are to help with absorption or to alleviate symptoms. I hope you're able to find your peace.

Benadryl would work better than dramamine. Dramamine is a 1:1 mixture of diphenhydramine (benadryl) and a stimulant related to caffeine known as 8-CTP. This mixture is known as dimenhydrinate. Not only would dramamine keep you awake longer (not ideal), but you'd only be able to take a few pills before you start experiencing other negative side effects. Increased anxiety, heart rate, and other uncomfortable effects are likely to occur. The reason dramamine contains a stimulant is to reduce drowsiness from the diphenhydramine in it. Staying up longer would also expose you to more negative side effects from the SN, which you'd otherwise be unconscious for, and you may even develop stronger SI when you see your nails turn blue and get lightheaded. The ideal scenario when using SN is that you fall unconscious early.

Thank you for this detailed response, I do not disagree with the sedation properties of Benadryl over Dramamine. However, my intention for recommending Dramamine was for antiemetic purposes, curious to know if you would include both Dramamine and Benadryl or Benadryl alone for the SN protocol.

I personally would use benadryl alone rather than mix them, I don't find a need for the 8-CTP in dramamine for the SN method. If I do SN I plan on using olanzapine as my antiemetic, probably with some benadryl and a benzo. Maybe someone has a specific need for the 8-CTP, in that case I could see it being helpful.

Why would you take 30g instead of the recommended 25?

How effective is Tylenol really? Don't most pass before Tylenol even takes effect?
