Help Sn on an empty stomach or what

Hello, so I couldn't do it the other day, yes I know I sound like a quitter

I got dragged to hospital for other reasons, and I obviously couldn't try there.

I want to do it an hour or so, or sometime later tonight.

Do I have to have an empty stomach? How long should I wait between eating and drinking the SN?

I want dinner but if that messes with the process then I wont. I last ate at 1pm. It's now 5pm.

Any help would be appreciated

I keep reading that you shouldn't eat for at least 12 hours before. If you're taking DMSO with it you don't want water either

I think it's recommended 8 hours (that's also how long you're not supposed to eat or drink for if you have to get put under). If you can't go that long without eating or drinking during the day, maybe you could do it in the morning after waking up.

Fasting long time sounds better so it can absorb. I plan on doing it tomorrow am if all goes as planned
