If you're a new member or haven't interacted much, it's unlikely that anyone will PM you a source. There needs to be an element of trust, we need to know who we're sharing these things to. Spend some time here, do some research, make some connections - and then i'm sure many people would be happy to help. Sources aren't secret, but they do need to be kept safe.

It is helping me in that, i do not ever want to go back to a psych award/hospital, so a definite fear of failure is there, and this place is helping me meticulously plan out things.
