Hey everyone,

lately I've been seeing a lot of different SN methods and I'm not sure which one to use.
I was thinking about using this one:

• Fast (clear fluids only) for several hours

• Take 30mg (3x 10 mg) tablets of metoclopramide

• Wait 40 minutes

• During the wait time, dissolve 25gm of sodium nitrite in 50 - 100 nil of plain water

• Crush 20 N 30mg tablets (a full card of oxazepam ) with mortar pestle

• Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created

• drink sodium nitrite in water

• drink oxazepam in water

• Lay back
------------------------------------------------------
but I don't know if it will work. Can anyone confirm me this method will work?

I'm not a good source for confirmation, but I believe that is the new standard in the PPH 💯. I believe that is currently what is recommended.

It is not recommended to not use an antiemetic (metoclopramide, domperidone, …) because you could easily end up vomiting the nitrite out and thus fail. However I don't think the benzo's (oxazepam, alprazolam, …) are a must. I think they're used to sedate you and make you unconscious. I would really recommend at least using an antiemetic. And yes there have been accounts that have failed due to vomiting, probably because no medication was used. Here are a few links of people who failed:

To my understanding, it can be done with just SN. The potential problem would be vomiting.

Yes but not using an antiemetic increases the chances of vomiting a lot.

It sounds like you have a good plan. I'm just wondering if such a large amount of crushed pills would make vomiting more likely since benzodiazepines taste extremely bitter. They are not a must, but an antiemetic is strongly recommended.

Benzos, particularly Ambien, help relax the muscles and nerves of the body, so it may help you to not throw it up. Now, I would have to think about whether you should take the benzo beforehand or a little afterward to be successful. Since benzos make you loopy, you may inadvertently throw it up because you're not thinking straight.

I used to use Ambien to help with my acid reflux and digestive issues, so I know that it relieves nausea and relaxes the muscles and nerves.

i wouldnt take any other meds other than meto and maybe not even that.

* at least 12 hours fasting
* meto 3x
wait 30min
*25g sn
but yeah, your methods works. Anything works, unless you dont mix your sn with food(juice, etc)

Could I maybe take opioids somewhere in between?

But oxazepam could work too right?

What about an antacid to prevent the SN from changing to salt?
