Help SN method and donating blood

Would it be better to donate blood before attempting the SN method?

I'm going to bump this. I'm curious if giving blood would be better than a 48 hour fast.

Good idea. Thus, the amount of hemoglobin to be converted to methemoglobin decreases. The oxygen carrying capacity of the blood is reduced. That means faster passing out. If my method was SN, I was planning to donate blood. I would also add beta blockers and calcium channel blockers to that.

That would be kind of a fun thing to do… drink a bunch of SN then immediately go in for a blood donation… just to watch their faces when you start oozing milk chocolate instead of red blood… course they'd call an ambulance and you'd likely be treated promptly, but this idea tickles me

Absolutely speed up The methoglobemia process and lack of oxygen quicker with less red blood cells to carry oxygen. Likely to
Loss consciousness sooner and pass quicker as a result!

This is genius. Will consider this. I also like the idea of giving something while I can, since my organs will be of no use afterwards.

This is a great idea! One thing I would be worried about is fasting + donating blood would equal easily fainting. Getting back home without fainting to take the SN might be difficult.
