Help SN + Last favorite food

I learned that it is recommended to fast for at least 8 to 10 hours before drinking SN. And that it is also not recommended to eat heavy meals before the procedure.

But I would really like to eat my favorite food for the last time before CTB. What would be the best way to combine the SN method with the last favorite meal?

Empty stomach is very important for SN absorption and lessen the chance of vomiting. 8-10 hours should be plenty but you can always add an extra hour or two. I'd say enjoy your meal. I plan on that as well.

I would say, eat your favourite meal a few days before your SN intake. However, on the day stick to protocol. Eat something light.
