SN in water bottle

This is a dumb question.. Can I just dump the SN into a water bottle with the 50ml of water and shake it up? I'm dumb.. I'm not sure if some kind of pressure is caused or whatever.. Should I mix it in a cup before and then pour it into the bottle or will this be fine?

Either way should be fine. Dump it in, or mix it before hand, it shouldn't matter.
