Resource SN in Germany

I ordered SN from the famous auction site end of April and I still don't have it. Is it illegal in Germany, did it get seized in the borders?

No, SN to buy is ok, only to sell is not allowed. The DE-duty don't seized my package.

I am interested to know if he ever got his SN. I would like to buy some too but Im in Germany and getting SN is surrounded in red tape.

Anyone whom has gotten SN in Germany, please message me , id be interested in hearing your story. It would be great if anyone can show me the ropes on this cause I dont know how to get past German security measures.
