Im so confused of all of the instructions of SN.. the PPHb barely says something about fasting and every thread has different instructions and tips.
Can someone help me and explain how to preform the method from A to Z? (Not by link)
Also, i have a few questions:
1. I take 25mg of seroquel every night, is it a problem?
2.acid regulators and antiemetics dont effect pain levels, should i take anything for the pain? Maybe sleeping pills? Will it prevent a headache?
3. Can someone send me links or tell me about failed attempts? I wanna know how it felt..
4. I suffer from migraines, usually when i sleep i still feel them yet cant react, i fear SN will be the same..In other words, how painful is sn? Do you lose consciousness because of pain levels?
