25g in 50ml water is needed, you should have a minimum of 2 glasses.

Take it or leave it with a Grain of Salt...The SN needs to be absorbed by your small intestine in order for it to get to your bloodstream. This happens quickly on an empty stomach.
Increasing the dose will not help you in this case. You need to clear your stomach first. Taking 50 g of SN in your current state will undoubtedly cause you to throw up and have long-lasting painful symptoms from whatever remains in your stomach. I recommend following the advice of @WanderingWater.I've tried to empty my stomach but I am struggling to do so I don't know what to do I received my sn ic 100g today.

Not sure these would help. They typically empty your bowels, not your stomach.
Food, stays in your stomach for about 6-8 hours, so it should naturally empty after that time. It's longer or shorter for some people. But as long as you fast, your stomach will be empty enough.
The SN will be absorbed by your small intestine. The reason for an empty stomach is to speed up the pace at which it will travel to the intestine. If there's food in there still bring digested, it will take longer for the SN to reach your intestine and be absorbed.Similar threads
