SN fasting regime

Could someone with medical background help me out to draft a fasting regime for SN? I have metoclopramide 10mg and ibuprofen 400mg, I am planning to do 24 fasting with about 8 hours of sleep included. What time do I take pills and how many? What time do I stop eating/drinking? And etc

afaik fasting longer than 8 hours is counterproductive. that's what came up most often for me after researching this method for the last couple days

but it seems you have a little less meto than recommended which is 3x10mg. you might not need more but that's just what i've seen recommended (i dont have a medical background per-se, just so you know)

I have more than 10 mg. what I meant is 10 mg per pill
