Help SN can you take too much?

Does anyone know If it possible to actually take too much SN?

I had planned to take 15 per 50ml but going to increase to 25 and have a couple of cups ready should / when I vomit but was wondering if it's possible you can actually have too much ?

I'm not sure how "too much" can be bad for someone whose aim is to ctb but I'm guessing it isn't a problem, unless the taste overwhelms you and you vomit the SN back up.

I thought that and thought surely the more you can drink the better but then my overthinking kicked in haha

Earlier I read it a post here, capsules release the SN more slowly, decreasing the chance of puking it up, so you could take more than needed.

Have we heard of any6one succeeding with capsulesb though? I think all the capsule attempts I know of have failed.

Dumb question: where or how does one get capsules?? The OTC meds in GA are all pills, not capsule.

Capsule shells, gelatine or vegan materials, in varying sizes, are easily available for self filling, as are capsule filling machines.
