Method SN availability in Philippines

Okay another post since I researched more about SN and surprisingly found that it's cheap? Though I'm not sure if what I'm seeing around Shopee are legit.

If anyone's from the Philippines can I just buy this over the counter? Is there a place that sells SN? I can't do online shopping for a lot of reasons so hoping I can just buy this outside.

I'm leaning towards SN now since I think I won't fuck this up than my other methods.
