SN arrived today two days ahead of schedule. I have everything set up. I'm going to therapy tomorrow and I'm going to pretend one last time. My family thinks I will be house sitting for a friend and doesn't suspect anything. I won't be returning after tomorrow. I will either CTB tomorrow or Wednesday. I still am not sure if I want to do this at a lake or in a hotel. But I really want to do it at a lake.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but promethanzine is an antihistamine used to treat motion sickness, not a dopamine antagonist. Your anti-emetic needs to be a dopamine antagonist (such as metoclopramide or domperidone) for it to be effective.

Rantidine (Zantac) is good, so is Cimetidine (Tagamet) as they are both H2 antagonists. Anyway, I wish you all the best.
